Cooked Brussels Sprouts and Grapes | Healthy Holiday Side Dish

This formula for broiled brussels fledglings and grapes was a solicitation I got from one of my watchers on YouTube. Prior to her solicitation, I had never known about this dish. Have you?

Fundamentally you broil up your brussels fledglings and include a few grapes in with the general mish-mash. The grapes get extremely sweet and pair impeccably with the nutty, hearty kind of the brussels sprouts. This pair helps me a great deal to remember cabbage and apples, it has a similar kind of flavor blend.

I made a straightforward balsamic coating to shower over the top. The coating includes another sweet, rich measurement to the dish which causes it to feel very ‘occasion’. All things considered, that and the red grapes. Broiled red grapes are actually very wonderful and furthermore cause this dish to feel happy.


  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 1/2 pound seedless red grapes halved
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze


Pre-heat stove to 400F

Consolidate brussels fledglings, grapes, and garlic in an enormous bowl. Shower with additional virgin olive and season with salt and pepper. Throw everything together until the brussels fledglings and grapes have a pleasant light covering of the olive oil and preparing.
